I thought what I spent on the S was a lot!! The payments on that
must be like paying a mortgage.

Right now I'm paying more per month towards my S than my mortgage.

Of course that's because I doubled up my car payments so it will be paid
off by xmas! At least I'll have one reason to look forward to xmas this year.
