Default Thanks, Scott!

Thanks to Scott for installing our "S" pods and V1 today! What a good excuse to take the S for a ride!

Turns out the speakers Rick bought locally, need a bit of a boost (translation SMALL amp), but we certainly noticed a BIG difference in the stereo, on the ride home, even without the amp.

We'll have to "force" ourselves to take another ride to have the amp installed.

The V1 is working fine (just need to read up on it a bit).

Thanks again!

Lainey & Rick

PS Wanted to add to Steve's previous post rather than start a new thread, but couldn't find it.

How small is a SMALL amp to you? We still need to use the trunk, I don't pack lightly on trips!

Thanks!

Appreciate the offer! I'll send Scott a PM to have him take look at it. Not sure what he had in mind.

PS Rick says if he knew what the HE$$ he was doing, he would have picked up the correct speakers in the first place. So we'll defer to Scott.

Thanks again Scott!

The stereo is 150% better now with the S Pods, rear speakers and amp.

Didn't realize the job was so involved, or we would have taken another walk to pick up some lunch for everyone.

Steve, thanks again for your contribution as well! Much appreciated.

Oh, and on the way home, we stopped for something to eat and Rick asked me when I want to replace the front speakers!

We're done with the mods, I tell you, we're done!
