Hi Guys! Finally had the time to do a diff and engine oil change. Especially with this rainy day there is no driving

Wow, The diff change went pretty nice with that pump. I used to use a tube and attach to the bottle on other vehicles that I've done this but with this pump it was easy.

Used LE-607

And for the engine, now that I have 15,XXX miles I decided it was time for synthetic.

All I need to do next is the tranny. I'll probably do it before the car gets put away for the winter. I have OEM honda trans fluid for that.

Oh and on the way back from the parts store:

Hey just reading up on the service maintenance.

"Replace brake fluid every 3 years (independent of mileage)"

Looks like I got another task added to the list.

Since the weather just broke. I just finished replacing the Trans fluid with Honda MTF. Actually the oil that came out was pretty clean and no filings on the bolt. It was easy with that manual pump I have.

Now only thing left is brake flush. But I'll just wait till she's put away for the winter. I'll have to buy one of those kits.

Anybody have any pointers for the kits? Also what fluid do you use? Honda DOT3 or DOT4? Isn't DOT4 supposed to be better? I used that stuff on my CBR.
