tried to install smoked tailights on my S
i bought the pre-cut smoked tail lights film off of ebay about two month ago, and they have been setting in my room ever since. i have wanted to install them ever since i got them, but i haven't had the time, and the weather has been crappy. today the weather was decent, and i had a choice of either doing my english paper or install the smoked tail lights. so i decided to install the tail lights. after alot of , i finished installing the film and it looked good, except for the part that sticks out in the tailight, i tried to fix it, but it wouldn't work , so i got pissed off and ripped the film off and threw it away. now i don't have smoked tail lights and i don't have my english paper done

why not just mist some spray paint on the inside of the housing to smoke them? I've seen people do this on audi's and it looked good. I wouldn't want to bother with a film.
