About a year ago, I forget what restaurant I was at, but I ordered fish and chips. The waitress asked if I wanted baked potato or french fries. Last summer, after a club meeting, several of us went to McD's. I asked for a small iced coffee. The waitress said they only had medium and large. I told her I wanted the smaller of the two and shecould only repeat they had medium and large.
