superheating > chemicals its the new treatment just cost more.
Costs way too much. A simple spray is what people want.

the funny part is the problem just isn't bad enough for there to be a viable market yet.
If you had the solution today you wouldn't make any money.
The longer you wait the more it is worth.

That's the point of the thread. someone needs to invent or discover something so they can sell it and make big bucks.

Kind of makes cheap hotels a whole lot less attractive and business travel a lot less interesting.

Here's a tip: spray your luggage with Pyrethrins prior to going on your trip.
Bed bugs don't like it and you won't bring home some new friends.
It is not limited to cheap hotels. Something on the news last week about The Waldorf in NYC being sued over the little buggers.

Doesn't steam kill them? I steam my mattress with the same steamer I use on my suit. Takes about an hour because I make sure I go over it really slow and pay extra attention to the thick piece around the mattress. Then let it air out for the rest of the day before putting covers back on.

I don't think so. If that were the case, kids' head lice wouldn't live though a bath/shower/blow dryer.

All these pests are almost immune to the stuff that used to kill them.

I think I'll buy an RV. I'm not sure I want to sleep in hotels ever again.

BTW I don't know anyone who steams a mattress.

I see what you saying but my steamer burnt me really badly. This stuff must be hot enough to kill these little bastaads.

BTW What about plastic wrap for mattresses? Does that stuff work? I've seen it at the stores.
