What should I do today? I have several hours of goof off time, but the weather is kind of lousy right now.

This AM whatever I do has to also interest an almost two year old. The grandson is going to be with me until 12:00 P.M. I don't want to stay in and watch Barney all morning.

After he leaves, I'm free until 3:00, I have a quick appointment and I'll be free around 3:30.

If the sun comes out, I may roam around in the city and take some pictures......maybe lunch with a friend?

Do two year old kids like to go shoe shopping?

The sun should be coming out. Try taking the kid to the airport. My boys LOVE watching the planes come and go from the observation deck.

I say you pop over to my house and get started with reassembling the 4.3l MerCruiser engine in the Chaparral boat I have in my yard right now. We tore it down Tuesday night to replace the head gaskets, now it's time to put it all back together. What almost 2 year old wouldn't enjoy that?!

Yeah but would the boat owner appreciate a 2 year old working on their boat?

They should be fine with it. Lainey will be there to supervise.

What the heck are you doing working on a boat, Erick?

Airport is a good idea. We used to take his sister there often. Maybe the mall. I can walk around, take him to the pet store, let him throw $$ in the fountain. He likes that. I could also look at shoes.

IF I'm daring, they do have a McD's in the mall. We could get some french fries.

Lol, I not a boat owner. A new winter beater is much further up on my shopping list than a boat is.
