EMC2 auto up/down


whazzz the scoop?

saw this mod in an old thread, circa 2003 do you remember what it is and how to do?

sure i remember

it was a relay added to make your top / windows go up / down with one touch. did that on the yellow car -

i screwed up on the install and scott fixed it for me and he taught how a a drill battery can be used to make your windows go up

 

Oh Thanks, no wonder I wondered. Right now my top and windows go down when i lower the top but only the top goes up when i raise it. Is this normal?

If I am reading your reply correct this mod would make the windows and top go up when the top is raised and keep the top and windows going down when its lowered. Correct?

 

yes windows go down when the top is lowered - is normal

this mod just makes the top and windows act like one touch ie the same way when you press down on the drivers side window it goes down without holding the switch down

just like on high end cars - one touch up just pull the window switch once and the window goes up / just press down once and the window goes dawn
