Default 5th gear problem!

Ok so i was kinda racing and went from second to 5th...and it kinda grinded because i was like at high rpm..and now it doesnt want to go into 5th...it kinda does but pops out..but every other gear is fine
I was reading that the shift collar from 5th to 6th maybe mangled now...and just to apply pressure to smooth it back out..i was trying and now it stays in 5th for like 5 seconds then spits it out so maybe it is true??

Any suggestions on whats wrong?

And the fact the Tranny in the S is designed to never be skipped (gears). Might have done some real damage in there. I have destroyed a tranny's in AP1. Good luck.
