ap1 to ap2
You are better off just keeping the AP1.
Better snychros.
You need to change the flange to the drive shaft to use the AP2 tranny with the AP1 drive shaft. Same thing with the AP2 Rear diff, change the flange.

My good friends at Clockwork Performance can do it. They are super cool guys and smart as anyone out there. And hours usually dont matter to them, so thats a plus!! Ask for Tim if interested, 505-350-6840 Tell him Ryan sent you
Raven, just out of curiosity, why would you say the AP1 has better synchros?? The carbon synchros in the AP2 box are vastly superior to the brass ones in the AP1 boxes that constantly burn out...

then again it can be drive error. I do like the gear ratio better with the AP1 with my 2.2.
Some of the things I have read have led to that, but it is all a preference.
