Down here in Ruidoso most of the damage was done by the Rio Ruidoso. My friend and I went around taking some pictures as soon as i have them I will post them up.

Yeah over the last couple of years it has been nothing more than a piss stream. But it has been raining seriously hard the last couple of days. We were driving around and we saw this newer dodge completely taken by the river we could only see the right rear corner of it.

Found these on youtube

hahahahaha... if you look at that youtube video, the first one, at about 1:22.. the first house with the silver roof is our neighbor basically (across the river), and when the camera circles around, you can see our cabin's decks... a tree fell across the river and smashed the majority of them, and then river current ripped them off and carried them down river. Luckily the house is elevated enough that no damage was done to the structure.

What's crazy is that 6 years ago, our family had a different cabin in Ruidoso. It burned to the ground in the Kokopelli forest fire.

We just can't get a break with our cabins in Ruidoso...

Good to hear that Luis and everyone else is doing OK.

We get to see a lot of flooding down here and have see many people relocated because of it.
