My idle is fine. No problems so far and I have a little more than 500 miles on it. As for the oil, I'm using conventional Vavoline 10W30 oil. Nothing fancy. that's what I was advised to use by a few individuals. I've changed the oil at 100 miles, and need to change it today again since I just hit 500 miles. It'll be turbo'd in time. Still haven't decided what kit I wanna go with.

That's cool... I also ran conventional for break in. Are you running a magnetic drain plug? The first few oil changes I was getting the excess lube (its magnetic) from the ARP head studs on my magnetic drain plug... If you don't have one I would suggest it... Did you stay with your oem O2 sensors or are you running a rsx O2? As far as turbo kits go that's the easy part now that you have everything else in place. Are you still running on oem injectors?

That's my question! lol My car has just been sitting because the idle drives me nuts along with other issues! Mine was fine for a long time but then something took out the IAC valve? Not sure if it was the Hondata that took it out but that's my guess. Installed a new one and idle was fine for awhile but now its jacked again. Let me know how your idle does over time will. We have the same engine management and tuner so maybe it will help me figure out if it has something to do with those two things? As far as putting your car on the dyno its pretty much a waste of cash since you dont care what the number would be. I had my turbo on when I was breaking in my motor and it made 241hp at 5psi but I didnt care because I wasn't looking for a number during break in period. Break it in right then slap the turbo on and make some big numbers! Glad to hear its back on the road. Just curious what oil your running for break in?
Thats why I asked. I would like to use Kpro but I am scared about idling. I want the car to be worry free.

When you have FI, you are never worried free with these cars. Have to pay constant atention to them.

UPDATE: well I got about 13,000 miles on the motor now with no problems what so ever. I still want to turbo it, but have other financial priorities in life right now like a mortgage and wedding next spring. Mark my words, it WILL be boosted eventually though.
