You're car sounds like a beast. I think its because your vtec kicks in a whole lot sooner. That coupled w/ the K&N sounds amazing!!

The S is coming out... just need to put some parts together. Plus, I want to learn how to drive the STi. So I'll take it out in a few more auto-x & hopefully Lime Rock and Watkins Glen.
You're right about that... forgot about the VTEC cross-over. When the cam switches, it does give it a deeper throaty sound.

That's cool man. I'm sure the STI drives a whole lot different than the S2k. Feeling that torque must be one hell of a feeling.

question guys, when you go out does the organization you run with allow you to drive other peoples cars? I.e. Andre, Clyde and I all go, all pay to register, however I'd like Clyde or Andre to drive my car to hear/ see what it's like from the outside, do they have any issues with that?

I know the Giants Stadium autox allows that. Clyde and Hiren switched cars for a run or two.

You can switch, but it wont count as a timed run.

You can have the instructor drive your car while you sit in the passenger seat; they'll drive it 7/10ths and still beat your fastest time

I didn't meant it against you, just everyone in general. The guy took my car out and hit 44 seconds or so. My fastest time that day was 46.x and I was really trying hard. After his first try, he said "I would push it, but it's not my car."
