Do you plan on selling your car? When buying a sports car, many buyers like to see all the receipts and services done from the dealership. It may affect resale value. How much will depend on when you decide to sell.

These are big selling points because sports cars are commonly beaten on, improperly maintained, and people want the clarity of mind when buying.

rates vary, by activity on the board, meets, years here, etc.

PMed....
I have to start attending meets... I can't do anything about the years on the board unless I wait for 2010.

You've got to be kidding. Dealerships have already proven themselves to lower the value of the car with their shady work.

They couldn't maintain this car to save their life.

People have paid top dollar to buy an s2k, solely based on the fact that I was the only one who ever touched it.

There is no piece of paper worth that.

FWIW, I work for a dealer. My next service will be with Billman.

for 395 I would do that plus:

-Custom valve adjustment, retainer inspection, and spark plug torque check
-clutch adjustment
-throttle adjustment
-axle nut tsb
-topdown mod
-ac mod
-check brakes
-top off coolant
-wheels torques and air PSI
complete visuals on the rest
dealer is owned!
