I don't have any connections with Biener but when I had an A4 it was serviced there for the time I owned it and I was very happy with their service. I fully expected to get raped every time I did service going to a dealer but everything was reasonable, they never tried to sell me shit I didn't need and I was always treated well so thumbs up to Biener. Hopefully their sales is just as nice.
