Auto-X Bonanza this past weekend
Just like to say that I had a great time at the motorsports NE auto-x school and auto-x on Friday and the SCCA auto-x on Saturday @ E-town. Just a couple S2ks at each. If anyone is looking for the most fun you can have with your car at the lowest cost, you should get yourself to one of these events.
Tons of fun, generally good instructors (especially auto-x god/champ Rodney), pretty relaxed atmosphere (unless you are a tire-spraying r-comper), an s2000 @ an auto-x is like fish to water, etc.

Nassau's good - easy to get to and the crew is really welcoming. Last time's course was really interesting. Made good use of the lot and avoided a lot of the odd cracks, etc. We've been getting a lot of runs in with the online reg system.

get ready to see cardboard spoilers on july 26th (the fast and the furious themed race wars ii)... he he he... look forward to be in the running for the hoon award.
chris... going to be coming out to the meadowlands for an event this year... wanna free up some time to come play with you guys... as long as it doesn't conflict with my duties at the coliseum...
by the way... on the 26th of july we will be running ~3 normal runs as per scca solo rules, but after, we will be having an all out grudge match of a mirrorkana... all are welcome! no timing lights... you against a buddy/rival... whoever gets back to their starting position first after a full lap wins the round!
