Bill, does one need a "paid for member ship" at s2ki.com in order to be able to send/receive PM's from other members?

I still can't seem to PM anyone, and when I do the "validate your registration" link that was sent via email, it gives an "[#10120] We could not find the validation request you are attempting to verify." error.
