Maybe it's because I'm female, but I've had dealers take advantage of such opportunities...'finding' things where there was no problem ie; telling me I needed brakes when I didn't actually need them. 
Not that there aren't some reputable dealers out there...
I'd just rather take it to Billman and KNOW I'm not getting taken advantage of.
