I had no problems with their service department on the work they did for my Passport. Never had any work done on the S2000 at Paragon. If it is just the TSB for the spark plug you are looking to get done. It's really hard for any mechanic not to know how to change a sparkplug. That's monkey wrench 101.

even it's like so simple, but quality is still needed. i called couple of dealers, they told me to leave my car there for a day, i was like wtf !!

Listen dealers in NYC will tell you to drop off the car for an entire day for anything. It's standard procedure, because they have a lot of business everyday. Usually if on the day you drop off the car, you tell them you are waiting, they will take care of your car first. But get there early, it helps to be the first online.
