Default Metro Playground

Did anyone stroke out because two more threads were moved?

Find them in the secret forum

A separate off topic sub forum has been created for those who have nothing better to say and to have fun.

The idea is to keep the main Metro forum clean, and dedicate more real estate for community developoment, meets, events, other area events.

If everyone would make a conservative effort to keep the whoring to the new playground it will allow folks who do not want to participate in these threads to find information they are seeking hopefully faster.

I think this is a good idea.

Let me rephrase: I think this is not a bad idea, but I'm fine with whatever is done. Either way makes no difference if you think about it.

yes it does, because the new CO's will be directed to keep the whoring down, keep the topics on track, and not have threads go to the shitter as witnessed in many threads.

The main forum, will be clean, meetings, events, how to's, request's for help. It is going to become a community.

The Playground can be for fun, basically off topic. As threads arise in the main community forum, they will get moved to the playground.

If threads in the main community get whored, they will be dumped.

It is my hope that this might help with serious topics from going down, and a place that people can hang out and relax.

Sorry to hear that driver. At lot of communities are doing this, because mixing community stuff, with the people that don't understand the concept of a community, makes the good thread go down fast.

Examples are: The split thread, the original CO nominations thread.

should rename it from playground to central park... "CP" was around for a while but everyone thought their life would be cut short if they had to click someplace else for all the whoring threads...

meanwhile quality threads get put on the 2nd page in a day or less.

Since it's offtopic shouldn't this thread be in the "Playground"?

As long as the rules are enforced via CO's, this is a good idea
