Pcv valve problem
Okay here's the story people were telling me that if i change the pcv valve it will help the oil consumption, so i go and i buy one from autozone, i install it and everything is fine the second day i check it and it's loose like it doesn't click in so i guess i lost the ring around it, i have no idea how but my question is how can i pick one up, online or dealer? is there a name for it?

it doesnt fit because the rubber on the valve cover is missing....you must have pulled it out with the old pcv valve. if this is the case buying a new pcv valve wont help.
in the stock setup there is a rubber gasket on that pcv valve hole on the valve cover. you then must push the pcv valve into the rubber gasket...
you can see the print of the rubber gasket on the lower picture. it looks like a ring around the pcv valve

its not stock, he put the zip tie in... you should see my engine bay. since i swapped my motor there are zip ties all over.. i sometimes fear that if one of them breaks i might loose an engine on the way
