For most people it's a 10+ hr. job.
Billman has done many of them.
I'm amazed he still take them on, as it's so time consuming and tedious.
As the others have said, You won't get a better quality job than with Billman.

you maybe better off buying a whole used softtop with frame and just swapping that. its easier and faster than just swapping the fabric from what i have seen. it will be cheaper too.

TSB is for 05+ even then you are unlikely to get it replaced, a 2003 not a shot.

Not sure what someone is going to charge for installation though. As others have said, it's tedious and time consuming. I'd anticipate at least $400-500 in labor.
