Default Tire shop for a super-stretched tires

Does anyone know a tire shop place that has the equipment to remove and install super stretched tire set up?

Remove a run-flat tire 225/40 on 17x10 XD9 wheel
Install a regular 215/35 to 17x9 RPF1 wheel

(I know, I know, don't ask, it's a long story.)

Barry's tire place that has an $80K Corghi Artiglio master tire machine couldn't do it.

In case anyone else is like me and hasn't seen a Artiglio Master in action, it's pretty neat.

^^^The owner suggested we use a sawzall to cut the tires off the wheel. I'm thinking it's crazy enough to work but on run flat tires? Don't they have 8 layers of sidewall steel or something?
