So is the consensus this 303 Conditioner, or am I better of making sure its clean, dry, and warm, when put down?

Both - treat with 303 before you stow it on a warm, dry day.

Any ideas on where to get this 303 stuff? I have a pep boys, autobarn, autozone near me, would they have it>
