Should be soon, we usually get them a 7-10 days after the west coast since it goes by train across country.

I'll let you all know when it comes and how it drives. It's the best having some hook-ups at the local honda dealers :-D.

Driving it like I stole it

We have an '04 S2000 @ Sussex Honda (Newton,NJ)
Rio yellow/Black.
It seems like the seat sits a little higher, because it has less headroom than my '02, and I can see more of the front end.
It is also a little easier to get in and out of for me. (I'm 6'1")

I forgot.....
The transmission is smoother(didn't think that was possible), and it's easier to engage reverse.

ARghhhhhh....i got there a little too late. It got sold 20 minutes after it went on the showroom. Cant test drive a bought car...dammit...gotta wait.

But on just seeing the car and all that. The lights look cheap. The rears...they have a grey plastic ring. It doesnt look good with the car at all and definately shoulda been dipped or painted in a chrome color...that woulda looked nice.

The front headlights have a reflector piece on the side of the HID beam part of it. It reflects the turn signal light...but it sticks out so bad on it.

The back bumper....the pictures do no justice. The back bumper is really really nice and looks so nice with the oval tips and just flows so great. Another thing that I didnt like in the pics much....the wheels. Wow...the MY00-MY03 really shoulda gotten 17's as it fits with the size of the car so well. Makes the cars lines flow so much nicer. The design of the wheels are great too. And looks cool while moving.

The optional front lip gets the no-no from me. It doesnt fit well. It sticks out about an inch and just doesnt look good to me.

The interior. Lovely. The center 2 cup holder is just *pimp*...u push down on it and it slides back on its own...very nice touch. The radio door has a nice little s2000 badge on it. Nice suttle appearence enhancment. The gauge cluster is hot. I think though that the fuel and water temp. sections are too big. And take away some of the attention that you would put onto the tach (probably to make u forget the 1k rpm's that missing).

The car sounds the same. When driven, you can hear the missing 1000rpm because the engine does definately sound like it wants to go higher.

Overall, I wouldnt trade my 03 for an 04. The console might be one of my mods that I'm thinking of making since it really really looks nice.

Wish I got to drive it...damn. O well looks like I wont be first.

Oh ya, seats are higher...i think...looks like it to me also.
