how is the ultimate racing one? Someone is selling that one on here. Thinking of going for that maybe. He's asking 3k with a new turbo.

i have an ultimate racing kit. its an decent kit. For 3k, its not a great deal. You could get a new setup for about that price, but you'd have to do some research. I hit 420whp at 18psi with it, on a conservative tune (i asked for safety margine, as its my DD). If it didnt hit low 11/high 10's at redline, i would probably be around 450-470whp. which would be almost identical to the Inlinepro setups with a GT35 that my tuner has done in the past. If you could get him down a bit, it would become more of a deal!
also add in the costs of an AEM EMS (if you looking to hit more than 350whp), a tune, gauges, etc

first mpg is based off rpm not gearing.so if you drive at 2500rpms you will get the same gas milage as stock at 2500 the problem is you'll be going alot slower.
Your reasoning works for time per gallon not miles per gallon.
At a given rpm you will be using the same amount of gas at a completely different speed.
If you are driving for an hour at:
4500 rpm at 45 mph = 45 miles for the amount of gas you used
or
4500 rpm at 60 mph = 60 miles for the amount of gas you used

haha... I say smart stuff like that sometimes... just to mess with people's heads.
Next week i'm going to wear a suit to work on monday and tuesday, then come in wearing shorts and sandals the rest of the week.
Make them think I went on a job interview, and that i'm leaving and don't care anymore.
