happy new year.

nothing much to report yet.. unfortunately.. still trying to fit a schedule for "examination under oath". I travel every week and my company policy is to book flights 3 weeks in advance. Their lawyer does not consult me nor my lawyer to make schedule so by the time they make a schedule, I already had booked a flight for that week.. it cost me $200 to change my flight not to mention my client..

Also, esurance was still covering full coverage on my s2000 which is in their possession. hence i dropped it to liability only and received few hundreds back prorated. if anything goes wrong, it will be their insurance covering my s2000 I figured. - car is not drivable so what could go wrong. before I dropped comprehensive cover, I've made copy of declaration so I have a proof that I had a full coverage. I'm only keeping this idiotic, stupid, greedy, ignorant company's policy to track my history. I hope I get a date to end this soon.

So where is your car Paul?

Can you go and start it every month?

Interesting job you have, that must be cool to travel all the time. How long are you away for when you travel?

But esurance just has it at the yard that towed the car, its just seating there collecting dust. If I'm correct, it's almost going to be a year right?

I hope it works out for you, give them hell for what they have done to you.

like jlozano180 said, it's in esurance's lot. probably outside collecting rain and snow and whatever mother nature is throwing at it.. it's been 5 month.. I hope it will be over and get my RED back soon...

as for traveling, it's good and bad. good part is, I'm collecting mileage from an airline. one of bad.. I just got pat down in newark airport. I don't mind pat down because I think - and hope - that makes the travel safer. but i had to wait 20 minutes before "right" person came. if they are doing random screening, they should have someone ready to do "pat down" I think.. I thought I was going to miss my flight. ha ha ha..
