Linked posts to the NJ Attorney General as well.

Good idea, Al. It will be up to Paul if he wants to pursue that.

Shares are appreciated. If you comment please keep it respectful and focus on the accident itself and the fact it's taking so long to be resolved.

LOL nice! Since they claim to be all about quick and easy internet service maybe they will stop the BS and get this done already.

Last night I "signed up" for Esurance (not really - read on)

https://www.esurance.com/

This is all very simple, click the link, put in your zip, your name and it will bring up all of the cars registered to that address.

I haven't sold the TL yet so it found four cars. From there you enter a few questions and before you buy the policy I closed it. I'm assuming that an actual human must work there and would take notice of the "fish on" and contact me. I did a search and found a contact in my town. I'm hoping they contact me so I can tell Paul's story and maybe change my mind about a policy with them.

I received an e-mail from NJ Department of Banking & Insurance.

Dear Paul Lee:

We have received your correspondence and have begun an inquiry into this matter. The investigator assigned to your file is Jennifer Solise and the number assigned to your case is 234199, please review attached letter for additional details.
So hopefully, esurance will move to get this done.
