Looks like a good deal and its a GPW, only 90 of those made IIRC.
With 41K miles on it, I hope it was not subject to abuse. Personally that intake is a turn off. I'd look at purchasing something that was completely stock, but then again this is very tempting

If you find that one tempting, here is a bone stock 2008 with low low miles close to Rochester. I saw it in the paper yesterday.

The video description is way funny!!

$28,990?!?! Do you guys think that's a "good deal" for an almost 4 year old S with 41K miles?

it may be for some. Check out the for sale forum. There is a GPW CR for sale with similar mileage and the person owning the car will not sell it for less than $27,500 as that is what he was offered by a dealership.
I'd always bargain and see what I got, but there are people willing to pay that kind of money for a CR it appears.

I paid 2k more than that for my brand new S over SIX years ago now.
If that's what they sell for with that many miles, that is good news for the values of our S2000's going forward!

CR's are commanding a premium and it also appears values of the standard S have gone up since 2009 when they hit rock bottom.
You will luck out if you find a CR at a clueless dealership that will sell to you for a reasonable price.
There is an Apex Blue listed on the CR forum with 300 miles on it that has never been registered on sale in Jonesboro AR. Dealer is asking full price for the car.
In time Im sure the few S2000's that are clean and unmolested will increase in value.

Yeah, that sounds high for so many miles on it, but if you guys are right about the increasing values, that is good news for us all. I do imagine looking for a CR eventually, if Honda doesn't get their H's out of their A's and build us something similar but better!
