Great afternoon at todays TNiA event at Lime Rock. Three sessions for about $175 and it was well worth the track time. Thanks to Greg for corralling a group of us into signing up.
Sean and Rico were there as well as Bryan who works with Greg.
Felt good to go out there and drive the S2000, and it felt definitely faster than the BRZ. Jeff showed up to offer support and it was good seeing everyone.

Sadly Bryan's Civic was not prepped very well and it only lasted a couple of laps. I allowed him to drive the final 2 sessions in my car, but the double duty took it toll on my old tires. We shredded the cords in one of the tires which caused a huge vibration throughout the car. Very un-nerving at speed and made for a horrible ride home. Luckily it survived the ride home, it has been a long week with two trips over to LRP, both times I destroyed a tire.
Time to get the #59 back together and on track. June will be a busy month with track days 6/1 Palmer, 6/15-16 LRP 6/22-24 WG. By July summer will be half over and I believe I will only have 1 or 2 track days in July.

BTW that was me doing a Greg in that pic (or rather trying to) by sticking my thumb out to the photog. I've seen so many pics where he was waving at Newlin Keen (who used to take pics and has since retired) and always wanted to do that. But I guess I needed to work on the tunnel vision of mine and make it wider. Sometimes I notice things and people around the track. On this day, I not only noticed the photog, but also Jeff who was standing in the infield at West Bend. So I tried to wave to them once I saw where they were. Hoping I've developed my looking ahead although there are times when I feel like I've regressed.
