took the Tarmac out for its 1st ride! Haven't fully adjusted everything yet, but it is much smoother than my Klein, it changes direction faster and climbs more efficiently. I have no data as my computer hasn't come in yet, but it feels a few mph faster as well. It also makes a great whirring bearing sound when i'm spinning up the cadence on flats. It's not as night and day as i was expecting, but it feels really nice.

hehe, yeah seriously. The new seat has less padding, but is actually more comfortable, even when the seat wasn't bent. I can't wait to ride home! I'm definitely taking the long way home.
the taint cutouts in the cycling seats...

Rode in this AM. The ride home will be fuggin perfect.
It's only about a 70 mile week but .... I'm proud. People can do 70 miles in a morning. Funny, my co-worker who kept bugging me to commute in had never gone a whole week of riding into work.
