Travis is my follow on after I get back from Iraq. How do you like it there?
It's home for me so I like it. The base is big with plenty to do within an hour. If you're living off base I strongly recommend Davis as opposing to living in Fairfield or Vacaville. The base is pretty much 1/3 active, 1/3 reserve, 1/3 civilian. So expect loose protocols, and a pretty chill environment. Exercises are a joke compared to being overseas.

But they're cracking down on driving violations on base, so obey it to the T.

Active Army, E-4
Ft Riley, KS

Just returned from a 15 month deployment, and finally seperate in 9 months.

Counting down the days to go. Waste of 3 years, 27 weeks of what amounts to a short life.

I am a F-16 Crew Chief at Eielson Air Force Base Alaska with the 18th Aggressor Squadron. I am assigned to the flagship of the fighter wing. (The S2000 doesn't like Alaska as much as I do)

Active Duty - E3 Airman First Class

I love the F-16! It is like the jet version of the S2000, not the biggest or the fastest but all around a good versitile performer!

Naw, the F-15 is the second fastest fighter/interceptor in our arsenal only to the F-22.

And the F-5 is more like a Miata.
