Navy 8 years FC2....soon to get FC1 hopefully!! Served with Skatethesea in Iraq IA duty this past year. Can't say I want to go back, but I had some good times while there.
3 sea deployments on the USS Ross seen 21 countries so far...still unsure if I'm getting out next year...we'll see!

Malta was cool!! Lots of English there which made it fun....I would have to say Germany during Kiel fest or New York during fleet week....the First fleet week after Sept 11th 01 was done by our ship so it was very somber but honorable to be there at the same time. So many others that were fun also though.

When I was younger and chasing tail.....the Philippines will always have a place in memory as one of the best times of my career. That place was truly special before the US pulled out of base and Mt. Pinatubo errupted covering the entire area with ashes.
Thailand however is "Sin City" of the world. Nothing can compare to the exotic, erotic and flavorful food and lifestyle that place has to offer.
As I got older and learned to appreciate a country for more than just it's night life, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong have a lot to offer the "tourist".
