Great story. My dad was a 25 year LAPD, commander of the Watts Substation when the 65 riots broke out, a real cop's cop. He worked Juvenile for a while and used to do that stuff all the time -- scare the crap out of kids to teach them (and just maybe their parents) a valuable lesson. He had some great stories, God rest his soul.

That would teach them a lesson. Kids now days never have any respect to other people's property or another human being. I remember when I was a kid (which is not long ago), my dad would kill me if I do such a thing.

 

The kids parents should sit him down and make watch a season of OZ...Then we'll see if he wants to commit more crimes
