Casey Jones you better watch your speed.

He is going to be convicted of homicide. Going to be damn near immposible to prove that he intended to kill people. You'd think the train would've just demolished the car must have been just the wrong moment.

At least the guy should've had the presents of mind to lie and say the car stalled out or something

Juan Manuel Alvarez, 25, got out of his green Jeep Cherokee before the two commuter trains crashed Wednesday morning in this Los Angeles suburb. He stood by as the gruesome chain-reaction wreck scattered wreckage and bodies over a quarter-mile of track.

Alvarez was arrested and held without bail in a hospital's jail ward after apparently slitting his own wrists and stabbing himself in the chest.
