Does not sound like that huge a deal to me. Sure if I was on the flight I would be a little miffed, especially if I had a connection. People goof, it happens. Those planes can cover 150 miles in 15 minutes, not hard to lose track of time when distracted.

Should it happen? No. But I only think it is a major news story on a really slow newsday.
