I was born in TX grew up in NC moved back to TX...and I've never watched a Nascar race!!! Tried once, just got dizzy...

There weren't many details in the article as far as what a F1 theme park would have.

There'd have to be something quite compelling for me to shell out theme-park prices to go somewhere that may, or may not, have a track (let alone an F1 track).

I mean, what happens to say, the F1 theme park at Melbourne if they move to a different track in Australia?
