hate all you want. you havent been lifting with me for the past 5-6 years. you only see a finish project. not hours of work every week to get there.
Much credit, man. Hard hard work indeed.

I could never get close. The most I ever did was about 275. Could not do over 250 now and am approaching 40 so no point in trying. But I only weigh 150 pounds so I thought that was pretty good.

My nutritional regimen involves whatever I feel like eating and workout routine involves lifting in my basement gym while watching TV. Its pretty intense.

Very impressive. I thought you were going to look like a freak on roids after I saw those numbers, but the vid shows otherwise. I put up 200 when I was 150, and I was fine with that, I couldn't imagine another 200lbs!

can't watch the video at work but those are solid #'s.

Can you tell me why I can life the same weight with dumb bells and a bar? Incline I do 80lb dumb bells max maybe 5 6 reps, bar is 45 and a 10 and 5 each side.

flat is 80 or 85 dumb bells 8x and bar is 185 8x.

I just don't get it but at the same time I don't really push myself too hard

seems like your barbell press should be a little higher. Most of the time people's dumbbell is a lot lower than their barbell press, but yours are pretty close together. hmmm...

No wonder I do not gain any muscle mass. You drink more supplementary calories than I eat in an entire day

strange. thats a pretty good incline with dumbells though.

usually the bar benchpress is higher because if one side is stronger, it balances out. where as dumbells each side does its own work.

iv actually never heard of some one being able to do more on dumbells then on bar bench.

only thing i can think of is maybe your grip on the bar is to narrow? the wider, the easeier. maybe your hands are alot closer when holding the bar compairing to the dumbells.

Crazy man. Props to you.... back in my hay day I was able to do five reps on the maximum weight my home gym had (275 lbs) and I was also 5 10" 185lbs .... so I don't know what that equates to for one rep.

So lazy now ... must get back to the gym .. its a shame.

I never used any supplements other then regular milk and chcken/steak lol ... probably would've build up faster ..

Not hating, just saying that's a lot of supplements.
