how do u fit in your S?!?! lol jk... but god damn dude those are some big ass arms, and strong ass chest muscles!

lol there were a few times that it was hard to get the seat belt on due to not being able to reach behind after working out.
i actually sold my S a few months ago for a corvette. miss it at times, ill definately own another at some point in my life.

All the weight gain from supplements is temporary and artificial. Once you stop taking them, your weight will slowly decrease back to the regular level.

sure thing, whatever you say...

iv never lost more then 3-5 lbs after i stopped taking protein or no xplode for awhile as long as i kept lifting.

geez, 150 grams in one meal? Your body can only process so much at a time.

My question is, why focus on chest so much?

And you're relatively light for your height. I would imagine you would be way bigger putting up numbers like that. Then again I'm 5'7 and was 150 pounds when I used to bench 100 lb dumbbells. I'm currently 160, but I no longer lift as heavy as I used to

just get hungry lol. figure ill will use what it needs and get rid of the rest.

bench is my favorate workout and i enjoy doing it the most.

but i dont, that was just my check workout. im doing bicepts/tricepts today after class. then legs tomorrow.
