Sounds pretty stupid to me... "Hey, we've got this cool new security glass that we're trying to market, so feel free to try to break it... Oh, but you can only use your feet."

Yeah, because when you buy this glass to protect whatever you're trying to protect, the criminals are only going to use their feet to try to break in
hahah. Steel toed boots (Mad Max style boots) and go to town on the glass till you pass out

Eh, assuming it's regular glass with a protective film over it, shattering the glass is the least of your worries. The film's tensile strength is outrageous, i.e., with an axe it would take you 20 minutes to get your hand through it. I've worked with some film similar to that which would slow a .357 magnum bullet to less than lethal speed coming out the other side. And you could put that film on car windows and have them still have them go up and down.
