Default 3rd Gen Integra Owners - Please read

Has anyone with a 3rd Gen Integra had a headlight go out?

I had my first one go this weekend. I seem to remember that this is an expensive repair where the whole unit has to be replaced.

I hope I am wrong - any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks

My stock lights are still fine. I've played around with them once though, and they are pretty easy to change. Just look at the manual (in fact you probably wouldn't even look at the manual, it's pretty straight forward, the only thing special to keep in mind is that you need to remove the coolant reservoir to replace the passenger side high beam).

You'll want to verify this, but I believe the low beans are 9006s while high beans are 9005. The bulbs are $20 or $30 maybe? I'm not sure.

This is assuming it's just a blown bulb.
