I like "The Sun Always Shines on TV" from Aha
I'll Melt with is good.. but "A Million Miles Away" by the Plimsols (also on the Valleygirl Soundtrack is excellent)
Terd, I am looking at more 80-84/86, not counting metal bands.

Well...FIREHOUSE didn't come around until 1990, but they definitely have that signature 80s sound. You should download some of their hits like:

I Live My Life for You
