Check out this video of Supra pushing 874HP to the wheels!

874 x 20% = 174.8HP loss

874 + 174.8 = 1048.8HP to the Crank!

Bryce Danna owns that car. It's the same car that beat Hennessey's TT Viper on the streets. That video is probably 2 years old.

Wow, that was badass. What happened the first time they hit the gas? Why no scary roar that time?

And just to be a stickler: The 20% loss would come off the 1000+ number, not the 874. So the correct calculation would be xxxx * 0.8 = 874 ------> 874/0.8 = 1092.5 HP at the crank.

OMG!

Either way, awesome video.

This is the Supra that beat the Hennesey Viper. It's a locally driven car here in the 'burbs of Chicago.

I am aware of that Supra, but that's not the Supra I am refering to. The SP Supra is in Chicago, while Hennessey's TT Viper and Bryce's Supra is in Houston. So unless John Hennessey went to Chicago or that SP Supra went to Houston, there's no way they raced. Supposively, Bryce's supra and Hennessey's TT Viper messed around in the streets of Houston and Bryce's supra came on top.

Marko, who is also from Chicago and has a 9 sec Supra, is suppose to race the Hennessey TT Viper in the standing mile sometime in the future.
