It's probably kind of like drifting in the car world. I had more fun doing Kickboxing/Kumite and felt it made me much better prepared for self defense. You don't see very many TKD guys in MMA!

Blah, you gotta remember he probably spent an entire year doing nothing but learning that routine. Its a flashy routine, but not very practical. While he's twirling that staff around showing of some guy is going to walk up and crack his head open.

 

I know cheerleaders that can out-fight him.

All he really does is twirl his little stick. He could go to cheerleading school to learn that.

Seriously, that's all show and not a lot of practicality.

 

Yeah baton twirling at its best, however if he's that disaplined I bet he really knows the "good stuff"
