I'm talking about how alcohol impairs one's judgement. Being responsible is one thing. Everyone is responsible for their actions but because of the impaired judgement would there have been an interest in the person prior to being intoxicated?

In the state of California, alcohol vitiates consent. . . I'd just run.

I live my life by this analogy:
"All girls are whores... some just don't know it yet"
(I think the booze help them to find out)

My thought: deep down inside, she knew what she was doing, but the alcohol made it easier to do it. It also depends on the level of intoxication, however. If very heavily intoxicated, the mental impairment would be so great that it discounts any logic of the action. In mild to medium state of intoxication, it's almost certain that most people are conscious of what they are doing, but alcohol also assists in making it easier.
