Allergic to Tobacco?
That's what cigs do buddy..
I've smoked for a long time, and for the most part smoke whenever the craving strikes me.
A couple weeks ago I was staying at someones house and couldn't smoke, so it was about 4 hours since my last one ( which is a long time for me if I'm not sleeping )
So I went outside had my smoke, and when I went back in, I was dizzy, stumbling around, and almost fell over.
So you have two options.. smoke more and it will go away, or stop all together and not have to worry about it.

pay attention: That's what cigarettes do. They make you light headed. If you keep smoking that cigarette, you get naseaus. That's what they do. That's what happens when you smoke a cigarette when you haven't had one in a while. That's why people smoke them. You'd be better off smoking pot for that, though - the buzz lasts longer, and is less addictive.
It sounds like either you are not used to the nicotine or you may have developed an allergy. At times you can be exposed to a foreign substance and build up antibodies to it (essentially what an allergy is). Regardless smoking either causes or exacerbates disease in almost every organ in the body. The worst effects show up later. I'm not just talking about lungs either. The vascular disease is horrible. You may have to have your legs cut off, or your kidneys die and have to have dialysis, or get CAD and have an MI, or get carotid disease and have a stroke, or get stomach cancer, or esophageal cancer, or colon cancer, or rectal cancer, or many other things.
It's better to avoid it entirely.

Cigarette contains carcinogens and many other poisons. You probably should just refrain from smoking. It's a disgusting habit, and having worked in the tobacco industry, I saw my fair share of horrible things...
