I dont think you are flexing correctly for the poses you are in. The pics are not showing much definition. You have decent structure but you might need some mass and definition in the muscle groups. An even tan would help too...

Forearms for sure

Hey, I'm 210lb and I'd love to have a torso like yours. Hell, I'm trying to get to 180 (and the Holidays aren't helping). I'm working out 3-5 days a week (weights & cardio). Though I wouldn't have the tattoos.

I'm assuming you'd need more protein, maybe eggs, chicken, fish, etc. or maybe in those protein shakes. That's only a guess though.

yea i think that might be one of my issues, i cant seem to increase my appetite enough to intake gratuitous amounts of calories. since im in the military, i eat 3 large meals a day, plus the in betweens of tuna, protein ( 3 times a day) and whatever other snacks i eat.

btw i am no pro so my posing could definitely use work lol

nice job (no homo) your arms are find. id say work on your traps. shrugs really help.

i started at 15 weightin around 110-120lbs with a 95lb bench. lifted on and off till about a year and a half ago, iv been there 2 hours a day 3-4 times a week.

about 2 months ago i was 180lbs with 7.9% body fat. im 190 right now. 15.5" arms with around a 44" chest. max bench is 385. im going to try to 405 this weekend. then its on to a bench shirt for 425-455.

Heres a video of my 375 lift.

a slight tan will help look more defined, just dont go overkil..

whatever your doing looks like its working. a 15lb gain without any fat or water is going to take time though. whats your diet like?
