Think about Jeff Bezos of Amazon.com. This time last year he was chosen as Timemgazine's person of the year. Amazon's stock was trading at $131.00/share. It recently closed @ $23.00/share; his net worth dropped accordingly. Poor Bill Gates is "only" worth about 70 billion down from over 100 billion.

For right now, I am going to stay the heck away from internet stocks...Pharmaceutical, tobacco, and oil stocks seem to be doing OK.
