Thinking about going over to GNC and getting some, but wanted to research it a little first. Anyone here use it before? Any comments would be appreciated. If I use this stuff, I want to do it right.

I liked it when I used it. Still have some of my first jug left and was thinking about starting again this morning. I found it helped slightly -- I didn't go nuts with the stuff or want to get huge. Mostly I could tell that recovery time was shortened considerably. I couldn't lift any more, but my muscles only ached for a day or two instead of three to four.

Read up on the stuff and guzzle water to be sure. So far, from what I've seen, it seems fairly safe if you use it in moderation.

get "no2" or cell tech or metrx protien pack...
i recoomend this because its not jus creatine/waterweight...
with creatine to work well you must take it right and work out regularly..
these other aren't as strict and the ressults are better imo..
if you need more info let me know, but like i siad you should check out that "no2"(good stuff)

Thanks for the suggestion, I will give it a try. Also, do you have to work out every day for this to work properly? I'm pretty busy with work, and might not get to work out every day. In other words, on days that I dont work out, will the creatine really do anything? CynCrvrAP1 maybe you can help me out here.

I used creatine and loved it. Cyn is right, you have to use it correctly to work. Also, you NEED to stay hydrated. I noticed a much improved recovery time and definite increase in size. Lastly and most important, it got me over the "hump" and I was finally able to lift more weight after months of being stagnent.
Hope that helps.

creatine is something you need to work out on and stay hydrated w... it adds alot of water weight, which is why i don't like it. that's why i recommended the other products. i used the met-rx protien (43grams of protien per pack) and grew a good 15lbs from 200 to 215 and i worked out like 5 times a week. i got really defined/toned and not bulky/big. now i understand what u are saying w/ work(im in the same situation), but this protein is better cause you can work out less and have it not turn into fat(unlike creatine). as for the cell tech and no2, i would go w/ the no2 cause from what i hear it works great like the met-rx.
i also recommend if you can't work out do some push ups to keep ur body active and sit ups(not too much time outta ur day to do this).
i currently have the same problem w/ work and im about to start taking a supplement(cause im really hitting the gym alot right now) and will keep u informed, let me know if got anymore questions. -marcus

you always need off days, to let your body heal. also you can take zinc which helps heal the bodu faster and helps muscle growth

Creatine will also help your muscles heal faster. It hydrates them. When I took it, a while ago, I noticed that I wouldn't ache as long as I would without it. However, don't over-do it. Load up on it and take it for about a month with a protein supplement of your choice, then go off of it for a month. Cycle it monthly. I've heard it's not good for your liver to take it continuously.
