Any creatine experts?

N02 is probably the better supplement if you think it suits you. I just picked up a book about it called, " The new science of bodybuilding/ N02 the 21 day transformation". I took creatine and got a huge gain in my weightlifting and a lot of waterweight mass, but it made me very tense and nervous and I was not pleasant to be around. Another side affect that can happen is burning in the throat and during urination with creatine. You ARE always thirsty and 8 gallons in a 17hr. period is not unheard of. If I don't go all natural then it will be:
GNC megamen multi-vitamins (time released)
N02
A good protien for after workouts
P.S. The book can be bought at GNC although it is a little biased, it contains some good info. It kinda strays you away from creatine eventhough the guy is one of the first to distribute it.

Creatine works! Water weight or not..it helps you get that last rep up. therefore you get stonger and stonger means more muscle gains. About N02 someone told me about it but I have my reservations about the product. Creatine does work that's it... enough said!

Just so you know....when I was on creatine...I drank 8, yes thats 8 (eight) GALLONS of water in my 17 hour day.

Also pretty much everything that is taken into the body has a shelf life. Would you gamble with stale Supplements?
From my experience and from learning from others:
I used to take creatine. I would load once in awhile. I saw some improvements. I know that everyone that I talked to at the gym was either on creatine or roids.
I have a coworker who takes medication b/c of his overuse of creatine and I also believe he did roids. He's having intestine problems. He constantly stresses to me not to use creatine. I would take his advice, b/c when he was having complications, he was doing alot of research on creatine and other supplements.
I havent taking creatine in years and have been working out from 4 to 5 days a week. Right now I have been eating alot and gaining muscle. I have gained my bench back and I think this is the strongest that i've been, also the heaviest weight that i've been. For instance, when I was on creatine I was doing 275lbs x 3 or 4. Then I slowed down on working out and lost my strength and also weight. Now without creating for awhile, I'm doing 275lbs x 5 or 6. Also my incline dumbell has increased to 95lbs.
I'm not a big fan of supplements anymore. I spend thousands of dollars on them in the past. The only supp I will take is whey protein. I just eat alot, lift hard, and try to do some cardio.
